Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and begin counting from the shipment date, not the order date. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after the order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages
